SFP is a professional building company based in Woodford Green in Essex. We pride ourselves on offering a customer-focused service which delivers high quality, reasonably priced projects at minimum inconvenience to you. Our team of skilled builders can tackle both domestic and commercial work across east London and we'd be delighted to visit you to talk through your plans and ideas.

What we do

Whether you want to replace your kitchen or bathroom, build an extension or refurbish your home, we can help you every step of the way. All the pictures on this website are examples of our own work.

How we work

• SFP will carry out all work- so that you do not need to deal with multiple contractors.

• We will hold an initial meeting to define your design and budget. We can work from your own plans or help you design from scratch, we are very capable with kitchen and bathroom design.

• We will estimate the cost of the work, which will be provided to you in writing. We will also provide a timetable.

• The team will communicate with you regularly during the project and there will always be someone on hand to rectify any problems as they arise and be there after completion to ensure you are completely satisfied.

• We can help you source and select all fixtures fittings and finishes.

• Architecture, engineering, drainage, foundations, rewiring and electrics, central and underfloor heating and interior design and finishes can all be included as required.

Meet the team

SFP was founded and is run by Bruce Ruggles. Bruce has a BSc degree in construction, architecture and planning. He has worked for a major house builder in London and now delivers affordable projects that his clients can be proud of. He is an experienced project manager and has a wide range of construction knowledge.
